1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IEDC CEP website (www.iedccep.in) and any services, events, or programs offered by the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) at College of Engineering Perumon (CEP), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website and our services immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, event participants, startup founders, and members of the IEDC CEP community.

2. Eligibility

Our programs, events, and startup incubation tracks are primarily designed for currently enrolled students of College of Engineering Perumon. Certain open events may be accessible to students from other institutions or the general public as specified on individual event pages. Participants under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to register for events.

3. Event Registration & Participation

  • Registration: Event registrations are processed through the forms and links provided on our website. Submitting a registration does not guarantee acceptance; seats may be limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Cancellation: If you are unable to attend a registered event, we request that you notify us at ceperumon.iedc@gmail.com as early as possible so your seat can be released to waitlisted participants.
  • Conduct: All participants are expected to follow the IEDC CEP Code of Conduct. Disruptive, harassing, or unsafe behaviour will result in removal from events without refund (if applicable) and potential disqualification from future programs.
  • Recording: IEDC CEP may photograph, video-record, or live-stream events for archival and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in such materials unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

4. Startup Incubation

  • Acceptance into the IEDC CEP Startup Incubation program is a competitive process. Meeting the application criteria does not guarantee placement.
  • Incubated startups retain full ownership of their intellectual property. IEDC CEP does not claim equity, revenue share, or IP rights over any venture admitted to the program.
  • Mentorship and resources are provided on a best-effort basis. IEDC CEP is not liable for the commercial success or failure of any incubated venture.
  • Startups must comply with all applicable college regulations, local laws, and ethical guidelines throughout the duration of the program.

5. Certificates

Certificates issued by IEDC CEP are digital or physical documents confirming participation in specific events or completion of program milestones. Certificate verification is available publicly via the verification tool on our website. Fraudulent reproduction or misuse of IEDC CEP certificates may result in legal action.
